U-R-THERE-Limousine Service Cancellation Policy ![]() NO CHARGE for cancellations made up to and including the 8th day BEFORE scheduled service date. WITHIN 1 WEEK of the scheduled service date customer will be accountable for the following charges... 25% of total rate quoted for a cancellation made 4 to 7 days before scheduled service date. 50% of total rate quoted for a cancellation made 3 days before scheduled service date. 75% of total rate quoted 1 to 2 days before scheduled service date. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS 100% OF TOTAL RATE QUOTED will be charged to customer. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please keep in mind that we schedule our vehicles and chauffeurs based on our valued CUSTOMER'S SCHEDULES. In order for us to maintain the level of service and pricing that we provide we must ask that you take into consideration the following. CANCELLATIONS not only disrupt our daily scheduling, it also causes loss of revenues for our company and possibly missed service for other customers who may have required service at that time. Basically, both our company and other valued customers lose in this situation. You will be charged for cancellations! PLEASE NOTE: HOLIDAYS AND PROMS ARE SUBJECT TO A FULL 100% CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS PLACED AT ANY TIME! ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED A RESERVATION FOR A HOLIDAY OR PROM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL RATE QUOTED UPON CANCELLATION REGARDLESS OF THE POLICY ABOVE!
